We have received Rs 25000/ from RCI Hydrabad, Rs 6600 from Decidoc, Delhi & Rs 2450 from SAG, Delhi towards the central fund. We were successful to open our unit at RCI Hydrabad. excellent work done by Mr Purushottam & team. Thanks to all members at DESIDOC & SAG for the support.

This is the time to celebrate, as the complete implementation of 6th CPC recommendations has been done by DRDO Head Quarters. Though it took 4 years, we should be thankful to SA to RM present & Ex Shri Avinash Chandar sir & Dr VK Saraswat for resolving the most critical issue arised after the implementation of DRTC in 1995. We are thankful to Dr Malacondaiyya sir CC (HR), Dr Hina Gokhale madam Director (HRD) & Dr AK Singh sir (DOP) & Shri Anil Datar sir, Chairman DRTC standing committee.
Their splendid efforts has brought out this glorious moments for us. Thanks to all once again. We are also thankful to the well wishers from all ministries & DTO Association Shri Kalabhor, Shri Chitale & Shri Sandeep Shourie.
Lastly I am thankful to all our members who has taken extra ordinary pain & for full support at all times.

Under Secretary (R&D) & Director (HR) has released the letter of withdrawal of gp 4800. Now both the posts are in a single grade pay 4600, so naturally we should be re-designated as TO A. Big win & historic moment for our association. GREATEST ACHIEVEMENT!!!. THANKS TO EACH EVERY MEMBER OF OUR ASSOCIATION & WEL-WISHERS FROM TO’s ASSOCIATION FOR THE UNENDING SUPPORT. THOUGH ITS A DEVOTION OF ALL , SOME OF OUR MEMBER HAS CONTRIBUTED LAST ONE & HALF YEAR OF THEIR LIFE FOR THE DELETION OF THE LETTER OF 5th JUNE 2009, SPECIALLY OUR ENTHUSIASTIC FRIENDS FROM CHANDIAGARH & DELHI.

DRTC standing committee meeting was held on 6th May 2013 at Dehardun. The HRD officials have accepted merger of STA ‘C’ to TO ‘A’ similar to STA ‘A’ & STA ‘B’. Also aggreed that there will be no assesment for STA ‘C’ to TO ‘A’ this year. Our team at Dehardun labs (IRDE & DEAL) represented the matter in excellent manner. As the CEPTAM has declared the assesment of STA ‘B’, TO ‘B’ & TO ‘C’ only hopefully they are working on the issue seriously. Expecting positive result at the earlist. DRTC standing committee meeting was held on 22 April 13 at GTRE Bangluru. Many issues were discussed. We have raised following points
1 Residency period should be reduced as per DOPT guide lines.
2 Percentage for promotion should not be less than 50% in any case.
3 LDCE vacancies should be increased to 25%.
4 Fifteen days Induction training for STA ‘B’s.
5 Sponsorship for Diploma holders for the Engineering degree.
Highlights of the meeting We have requested that
1 Grade pay 4800 should be withdrawn immediately -Accepted
2 Implementation of the CAT & Finance ministry orders should be completed before coming assessment 2013.- Accepted
3 STA C to TO ‘A’ assessment should not be conducted as done in year 2011 & 2012 in spite of Finance ministry orders.- Accepted.
4 The status of grade pay 4600 should be clarified -Not clarified.
Many many thanks to NMRL Ambarnath members for active participation for forming association unit. Introductory meeting with PE Yadav All India General Secretary was held on 16/04/2013 at 4. pm. All the members agreed for initiating a unit at the earliest. An initial contribution of Rs 7000/ deposited in the Legal fund account. Our strength is increasing by every member, expecting similar co-operation by other Lab representative where association unit is not yet formed.
